MCWD obtains “GOOD” overall rating in ARTA Report Card Survey
Malaybalay City – The Malaybalay City Water District obtained a rating of Good in the recently conducted Anti-Red Tape Act (ARTA) Report Card Survey (RCS) by the Civil Service Commission.
The Report Card shows that the agency got a Good rating in the delivery of the frontline services and was able to comply with the other provisions of ARTA such as the observance of “No Lunch Break” policy, posting of the Citizen’s Charter, and setting up of the Public Assistance and Complaint’s Desk.
Below is the Report Card showing the scores of the Malaybalay City Water District on various areas based on the rating made by respondents/clients interviewed and on the field inspection report conducted by the CSC.
