Malaybalay City – The Malaybalay City Water District (MCWD) in partnership with the Land Bank of the Philippines now offers its new electronic payment facility that will allow water consumers to transact their water bill payment online starting February 1, 2017. This is according to General Manager Juanito “Jun” C. Aroa.
This e-payment service is available to all individuals or companies who have LandBank Peso ATM Savings and Current Accounts.
The General Manager Jun Aroa said that the LandBank EPP can be accessed anywhere with the presence of internet connection. For every transaction, a minimal transaction fee of ₱10.00 shall be credited to the Landbank account of the customer and ₱20.00 for other Bancnet Cards.
The customer is no longer required to enroll or register an account to access the Landbank EPP. It accepts payment until 10:00pm, however a surcharge will be applied to overdue payments of water bill made after 6:00pm (MCWD cut-off time). The surcharge will be reflected on the next billing period.
