MCWD Launches LandBank Electronic Payment Portal (LandBankEPP)

Malaybalay City – The Malaybalay City Water District (MCWD) in partnership with the Land Bank of the Philippines now offers its new electronic payment facility that will allow water consumers to transact their water bill payment online starting February 1, 2017. This is according to General Manager Juanito “Jun” C. Aroa.
This e-payment service is available to all individuals or companies who have LandBank Peso ATM Savings and Current Accounts. The General Manager Jun Aroa said that the LandBank EPP can be accessed anywhere with the presence of internet connection. For every transaction, a minimal transaction fee of ₱10.00 shall be credited to the Landbank account of the customer and ₱20.00 for other Bancnet Cards.
The customer is no longer required to enroll or register an account to access the Landbank EPP. It accepts payment until 10:00pm, however a surcharge will be applied to overdue payments of water bill made after 6:00pm (MCWD cut-off time). The surcharge will be reflected on the next billing period.
GM Aroa stressed that its partnership with Landbank is a testament of our commitment in providing excellent water service and total customer satisfaction and our continuing effort to offer convenience and security to our customers in settling their bills. The LandBank EPP is safe and secure to use to ensure the privacy and confidentiality of our customers account information and transactions.

Click on the link or copy the link: https://epaymentportal.landbank.com/ and paste this to your browser and follow the following steps:
- Select “Pay Bills" in the Side Bar Menu.
- Search or Type “Malaybalay City Water District” on the Search Tab.
- Click and choose type of fee as “WATER BILL”.
- Choose Payment Option.
- Fill in the Required Fields to proceed to the next step.
Note: To complete this step, the customer must have a copy of his Current Water bill to fill in the required fields. - You will be directed to the “Transaction Details and Payment Summary”.
- To authorize the transaction, customer is required to Enter the10-Digit Account Number, Joint Account Indicator (JAI) and 4 - digit PIN and click Submit.
- A Debit / Payment Confirmation shall be generated and shall serve as proof of successful payment transaction made by the customer.
- For every successful transaction, a debit / confirmation slip or an electronic Official Receipt (eOR) may be printed.
