The Malaybalay City Water District (MCWD) invites potential lessees to submit a lease proposal for a parcel of land situated on Sayre Highway, Barangay San Jose, Malaybalay City, Bukidnon.

The Land area open for lease is approximately 1.5 hectares (15,000 square meters)

General Guidelines:

1. Offer of Lease Forms can be secured from the Office of the General Manager, Malaybalay City Water District, Sumpong, Malaybalay City from January 29, 2024 to February 29, 2024 during office hours or maybe downloaded from MCWD website: https://www.emcwd.gov.ph/wp-content/uploads/2024/01/signed_INVITATION-TO-SUBMIT-LEASE-PROPOSAL-2018-Format_002.png

• Clarificatory conference with prospective lessees will be on February 07, 2024 at 10:30 a.m to be held in MCWD Board Room, Sumpong, Malaybalay City.

• Deadline for submission of sealed lease proposals shall be on March 01, 2024, 5:00 p.m. at the Office of the General Manager, Malaybalay City Water District, Sayre Highway, Sumpong, Malaybalay City, Bukidnon.

• Opening of sealed lease proposals is scheduled on March 4, 2024, 2:00 p.m at MCWD Training Hall, Sumpong, Malaybalay City.

• The award of lease of property shall be based on the offer determined to be the most advantageous to Malaybalay City Water District.
