Pavement disinfection Operation at MCWD premises conducted by the City Government of Malaybalay
March 30, 2020 - To fight the spread of the COVID – 19 in the City of Malaybalay, different preventive and disinfection measures were conducted and large scale- disinfection efforts were initiated to ensure the protection of all the residents of the City of Malaybalay against COVID-19.
With this, the Malaybalay City Water District management would like to extend its sincere gratitude and appreciation to the City Government of Malaybalay for the pavement disinfection operations conducted today in the premises of the MCWD Main Building, Brgy. Sumpong this city.
As seen in the following photos frontliners from the city government sprayed disinfectant outside the office building to keep the spread of the COVID- 19. Again, thank you very much for your efforts to ensure the safety and protection of the people of the City of Malaybalay.
The MCWD likewise have installed a hand washing station in front of the MCWD Building starting March 16, 2020. All incoming guests and customers are required to wash their hands prior to entering the building. Temperature check is likewise performed by the guards on duty. Improvised foot bath and wheel bath were likewise installed to prevent the spread of the virus to the MCWD Treatment Plant and the MCWD Main Building in Sumpong.
